The YUZU LYCHEE MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2.0 oz  TRUMP Vodka
  • 0.5 oz   Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz   Lychee Juice
  • 0.5 oz   Yuzu Juice
  • 0.5 oz  Egg Whites (*can sub vegan foamer)
  1. Garnish: Lemon curl, mint sprig & sugar rim (lychee fruit optional)
  2. Quality Identifiers: Rich golden color, vibrant and crisp mint, fresh lemon

METHOD:

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin
  • Shake thoroughly (with ice) for 10 seconds
  • Strain into martini /coupe glass
  • Garnish with lime wheel

Notes:
Make sure to shake thoroughly to properly blend ingredients.
