The ESPRESSO MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz  TRUMP Vodka
  • 0.5 oz  Espresso Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz   Simple Syrup
  • 2.0 oz  Fresh Brewed Espresso
  1. Garnish: 3 espresso beans
  2. Quality Identifiers: Frothy top from utilizing fresh brewed espresso. Whole coffee beans, not broken or damaged

METHOD:

  • Brew 2 oz of fresh espresso
  • Add all ingredients to mixing tin (without ice) & shake 10x vigorously
  • Add ice and shake 5x vigorously
  • Strain into a chilled martini / coupe glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans

Notes:
Need to utilize fresh brewed espresso or you will not achieve the desired level of froth on top of the cocktail.
