  • 0.5 oz   Simple Syrup
  • 2.0 oz  Fresh Espresso
  • Fill with Soda Water
  1. Garnish: Orange curl
  2. Quality Identifiers: Subtle cloudiness, consistent dark color, subtle sweetness & balanced

METHOD:

  • Build ingredients in glass over ice
  • Stir well to combine ingredients
  • Garnish & serve

Notes:
Be sure to stir to properly combine ingredients so each sip is consistent.
Consider adding a small pinch of sea salt to make flavors pop and agitate carbonation.
